Error Guide:
If an error code appears in the LED DISPLAY, follow the Instructions in the Error Code table (below)
to correct the problem.
Replacement table and comments for error codes on page 11.

Cookware not centered on

Cooking malfunction.
Inadequate ventilation.
Cooking surface temperature

exceeds 460°F (238°C).
Voltage input is either too high

or low.
When in POWER mode, cooktop
switches automatically to the
140°
lowest TEMPERATURE mode
(140°).
* Unit will shut off automatically after 1-minute. This is a safety feature to prevent overheating and
damage to cooktop.

Problem
Place compatible cookware on surface.
Center cookware on ALIGNMENT GUIDE.
1. Remove cookware and unplug unit.
2. Ensure 4" clearance on all sides of unit for proper
ventilation.
3. Allow 10 minutes for unit to cool down and then
connect unit to a 120V outlet.
4. Place compatible cookware on unit.
5. Touch ON/OFF button and confi rm fan is operating.
If in POWER MODE, switch to TEMPERATURE
MODE.
If boiling liquids, follow steps for E1 above.
1. Unplug unit from outlet.
2. Verify the outlet is 110/120V AC.
3. If not, switch to proper outlet or consult an
electrician.
This is not an error code or malfunction. This built-
in safety feature protects your food from being
overcooked and your cooktop from overheating. Please
refer to the TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE on the
previous page for more information.
