BEFORE FIRST uSE

• Remove all packaging.
• Check for the presence of all parts and for transport damage. In case of damages or incomplete delivery, please
contact your dealer (9 Guarantee).
• Please keep the packaging for storing appliance when it will not be used for an extended period of time.
• Clean the appliance (9 Cleaning and care). Make sure all the parts of the appliance are completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant surface.
• Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Keep a minimum distance of 15cm between the product and other
objects or walls.
• Assemble the glass lid (2):

OPERATION

• Turn the temperature dial (7) to 0 (off) position.
• Connect the temperature control probe (4) to the receptacle for power probe (5) with the temperature dial (7)
facing upwards.
• Connect the power plug (9) to a suitable electrical outlet.
• Set the temperature dial (7) to the desired temperature 0-5.

• The temperature indicator light (8) lights up when the temperature is set or adjusting to a higher level. Once the
desired temperature is reached, the indicator light (8) cycles during use, indicating the selected temperature is
being maintained. When adding food, the indicator light (8) lights up briefly as the overall cooking temperature
is reduced.
• Preheat the appliance with the lid on for 5 - 10 minutes or until the indicator light (8) goes out.
• When cooking has finished turn the temperature dial (7) to 0 (off) position. Then empty the appliance with a
suitable non-metallic utensil to avoid damaging the non-stick surface.
