Einbau- und Betriebsanleitung 5751-8010 Installation and Operating instructions Instructions de montage et de service Allgemeine Informationen Die folgende Anleitung soll Ihnen beim Entpacken, der Installation und Wartung des RKT-Dampfkühlers mit Mehrfachdüsensystem helfen. Dieses Dokument bitte vor der Installation, der Bedienung oder Wartungsarbeiten am Dampfkühler sorgfältig durchlesen. Der Dampfkühler mit Mehrfachdüsensystem wird zur Regelung der Dampftemperatur verwendet. - Page 3 Überhitzungsgrad des Dampfes vor / nach der Kühlung Temperatur des Kühlwassers Dampfmenge Nennweite der Rohrleitung Daraus resultierende Dampfgeschwindigkeit MAX / MIN Der Abstand zwischen Dampfkühler und Temperaturfühler beträgt nominal 10 bis 12 Meter (siehe Abbildung 2) und wird von RTK projektbezogen angegeben. 07/2013...

Empfehlung: Auslegung der Kondensatableiter auf die maximale Einspritzmenge des Kühlwassers. Zur besseren Funktionskontrolle der Dampfkühlung empfiehlt es sich Messungen für Dampf- und Kühlwasserdruck in unmittelbarer Nähe des Dampfkühlers vorzusehen.

Versehen Sie jedes Ventil oder Dampfkühler mit einem separaten Filterdruckminderer, um einen konstanten Zuluftdruck zu gewährleisten. - Page 9 Funktion Pt100 überprüfen, ggf Kalibrator verwenden oder Meßeinsatz wechseln Rohrleitungsentwässerung prüfen Dampfkühler ausbauen und kontrollieren Sichtkontrolle Düsenfeld Schäden an den Düsen? Servicedienst RTK konsultieren Zu hohe Dampftemperatur Sollwert am Prozeßregler / PLS überprüfen Funktion Regelkreis prüfen Parameter des Dampfes und des Kühlwassers (Druck und Temperatur) prüfen und mit der Auslegung vergleichen Ausreichend Kühlwasserdruck vorhanden? Schmutzfänger verschmutzt?

Abdichtungen schon nach kurzer Zeit wieder undicht werden. Die Bauweise der Spindelabdichtung wird in den technischen Datenblättern beschrieben. Spindelabdichtungen sind bei RTK als Ersatzteilsätze erhältlich. Geben Sie beim Bestellen einer Spindelabdichtung immer die Seriennummer des Dampfkühlers an („W. - Page 11 Einbau- und Betriebsanleitung 5751-8010 Installation and Operating instructions Instructions de montage et de service Austauschen der Kegelgruppe Wir empfehlen, beim Austauschen der Kegelgruppe auch die Spindelabdichtung zu erneuern. Beim Austauschen der Kegelgruppe müssen auch die Dichtelemente ersetzt werden. Zum Austauschen der Kegelgruppe muss der Stellantrieb abgebaut werden (bitte sehen Sie in der Betriebsanleitung des jeweiligen Stellantriebs nach).

Instructions de montage et de service General Information The following instructions are designed to assist in unpacking, installing and performing maintenance as required on RTK multi nozzle desuperheater. Product users and Maintenance personnel should thoroughly review this document prior to installing, operating or performing any maintenance on the desuperheater. - Page 14 The minimum straight length required downstream of the desuperheater, varies with each individual application and would be specified by RTK at the enquiry stage. This straight run is needed to prevent erosion due to impingement of the water droplets against pipe walls, valves and fitting.

It is advisable to have a strainer at the inlet of the water line.
