WE RECOMMEND YOU REPLACE THE SUCTION FILTER CARTRIDGE
CAUTION!
AFTER THE FIRST 100 HOURS OF OPERATION; SUBSEQUENTLY, REPLACE IT EVERY
500 HOURS. BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE CARTRIDGE, LUBRICATE THE SEAL WITH A
THIN FILM OF OIL.
6.4 REPAIRS
For repair operations, it is advisable to resort to BATTISTOTTI MACCHINE AGRICOLE
S.r.l. technicians at the manufacturer's headquarters or contact a specialised/authorised
workshop.
6.5 WAREHOUSING AND POSSIBLE TRANSPORTATION
At the end of the season or if you plan not to use this equipment for an extended
period of time, it is advisable to:
•
Wash the equipment itself thoroughly and dry it
•
Carefully check and if necessary replace damaged and/or worn parts
•
Tighten all bolts, screws and nuts fully
•
Perform meticulous greasing and then protect the entire equipment with a canvas
and store it in a dry place.
IF THESE OPERATIONS ARE PERFORMED CAREFULLY, THE BENEFIT WILL
CAUTION!
SOLELY BE FOR THE OPERATOR WHO, UPON RESUMING WORK, WILL FIND THE
EQUIPMENT IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER.
6.6 RECOMMISSIONING AFTER WINTER STORAGE
Before using the machine again after a long period of inactivity, general checks need
to be performed on the equipment.

6.3 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
It is advisable to perform this at the end of the season when
the equipment is used intensively, or every other year if it is
used normally. Arrange for a general check to be performed
with a specialised BATTISTOTTI MACCHINE AGRICOLE S.r.l.
technician.
