Defective isolation transformer
Isolation transformer secondary current

Cracked lens or base assembly
Component Failure
Corrective Action
Replace the lamp
Replace the lamp or light socket
Replace the power supply
Replace/repair the wire
Replace the transformer
Check for the proper transformer size and replace with
the correct transformer
Replace the fixture
Replace inner lens
Calibrate the CCR
Replace the broken assembly. Clean and reassemble the
light fixture.
Replace the failed component. Check for a cause of the
failure and repair or replace any defective components.
