INSTALLATION OF WATERPROOF ELECTROMAGNETIC LOCK FOR IN SWING DOOR.
Installation steps of waterproof electromagnetic
lock on in swing door.
1. ** Mounting bracket **
Locate the desired position on the doorframe and attach the mounting bracket
to this location using the 6 screws included in the package.
2. ** Electromagnetic lock **
Insert the 2 included screws through the pre-drilled holes on the lock and
screw tightly to the mounting bracket.

3. ** Z bracket **

Locate the proper position on the door that, when closed, will align
correctly with the electromagnetic lock on the doorframe. Drill 5
holes at this location and attach the Z bracket to it. One important
remark on tightening the Z bracket is that the tightening screw must
be accompanied by a spring-washer to avoid slippery.
4. ** Magnetic plate **
Insert the 2 PINs to the magnetic plate, place a pair of washers
separated by a rubber washer in between the magnetic plate and the
Z bracket, insert the M5 flat-head screw through the center of the
magnetic plate, pass through the washers and then tighten it to the
Z bracket. Do not install the magnetic plate to the Z bracket too
tight. Leave some space to allow for best performance between
the plate and the lock.
