SYMPTOM

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Connect the adapter to the unit and
wall outlet
Long press the MODE button on

the unit to power on the unit
Raise the volume level by pressing
the + Button on the unit
Play music/movie in the
connected device as usual and make
sure the volume level of it is in high
level.
Long press the
button on the
EQ
unit or on remote control to switch to
desired mode
Reduce the volume level by pressing
the - Button on the top of the unit
Reduce the volume level of the
paired/connected device.
Put the external BT device close to the
unit.
Pair the unit with the BT Device as the
procedures stated in this manual.
