    (1) Make the following switch settings. Display: dBA Time weighting : FAST Measurement mode : MAX/MIN Mode function disabled. Level range: 50 to 100dB (2) Insert the microphone housing carefully into the insertion hole of the calibrator. (3) Turn on the calibrator and adjust the CAL potentiometer of the SPL meter, until the value displayed matches the value supplied by the calibrator.
