  • Page 14 Installazione, manutenzione L’installazione del banco frigorifero, così come gli interventi di manutenzione devono essere effettuati da tecnici qualificati. Durante l’esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi i preposti sono tenuti ad operare nel rispetto delle indicazioni riportate sul manuale di istruzioni per l’uso. Prima di effettuare una qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione ELETTRICA o MECCANICA sul banco frigorifero, il tecnico preposto deve assicurarsi che sia stata tolta la tensione di alimentazione.

  • Page 16 1 – Cabinet description SWEET GLOBAL cabinets are built in units of 940 mm and 1350 mm and in an external corner unit is also available. The linear 975 mm cabinet unit can be supplied without refrigeration. The general features and external dimensions are clearly illustrated in Fig.
  • Page 17 cabinet installation. The connection to the power supply through plug adapters is absolutely forbidden. In case the cabinet has to be placed far from the available socket, the cabling must be realised as stated by the regulation in force at the time of the installation.
  • Page 18 The defrosting cycle is operated by a timer, the number and the duration of the defrosting cycle is settled in the factory, for both plug-in and external group cabinets. In case of Sweet Global the defrosting is settled as follow: N°4 defrosting in 24h time.
  • Page 19 17 – Multiplexing of cabinets Sweet Global cabinets are built as single units. To multiplex them stand them side by side. The flat metal end walls enable them to fit close together so as to create units of different size and type. The cabinet is provided with end walls in wood (assembled in the factory) that can be applied at the beginning and end of each multiplexed unit, or cabinet, if they are used singularly.

  • Page 21 Installatione, maintenance The installation of the refrigerated cabinet, as well as maintenance, must be performed by skilled technicians. During the execution of the maintenance officers are required to operate in accordance with the instructions contained in the instruction manual. Before performing any ELECTRICAL or MECHANICAL maintenance on the refrigerator, the technician in charge must be sure that there is no power supply.

  • Page 27 17 - Canalisation des meubles réfrigérés Les meubles Sweet Global sont des meubles simples. Pour leur mise en linéaire, il suffit de les juxtaposer. Les côtés métalliques plats des joues de ces meubles permettent un bon approchement en créant des compositions linéaires de dimensions et de typologie différentes.

Pendant l'exécution des officiers de maintenance sont nécessaires pour fonctionner en conformité avec les instructions contenues dans le mode d'emploi. Avant d'effectuer toute opération de maintenance ÉLECTRIQUE ou MÉCANIQUE sur le meuble frigorifique, le technicien responsable doit être bien sure que le meuble es sans alimentation électrique.

  • Page 30 DEUTSCH 1 - Beschreibung der Bedientheke Die SWEET GLOBAL Kühlmöbel werden als 940 mm und 1350 mm. Module hergestellt, dann sind Außenecken und Anbaustück Module von 975 mm (beide nicht gekühlt) lieferbar. Die allgemeinen Eigenschaften und max. Abmessungen werden in den Abb. 1 auf Seite 1 ausführlich beschrieben. Um unterschiedliche Möbelkanalreihen mit verschiedenen Längen und Linien zusammenzustellen, können diese untereinander zusammengebaut werden.
  • Page 31 Heizquellen. Bei Bruch des Stromkabels des Kühlmöbels, muss es durch den Hersteller oder durch eine damit beauftragte Firma ersetzt werden. Zu dem Stecker muss auch nach der Montage der Theke jederzeit freier Zutritt gewährleistet sein. Achtung: Das Anschließen der Theke muss nach den Vorschriften des Herstellers von Fachpersonal und den lokal geltenden elektrischen Vorschriften (Vorschriften und Gesetze über die elektrische Sicherheit, Brandschutz- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften) entsprechend, durchgeführt werden.
  • Page 32 Der Abtauzyklus ist durch eine Abtauuhr gesteuert: Anzahl und Dauer der Abtauungen sind werksseitig eingestellt, das gilt für die steckerfertigen Theken wie für die mit externem Aggregat. Für die Modelle Sweet Global sind 4 Abtauungen innerhalb 24 Stunden vorgesehen. Wenn während besonders feuchter Perioden der Verdampfer stärker vereist, empfehlen wir, die Kühltheke mindestens für eine Stunde während der Ruhezeit des Geschäftes auszuschalten.

  • Page 34 Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erklärung, nicht Teil der Endbestimmungsanlage ist. 17 – Zusammenbau der Kühlmöbel Die Sweet Global Theken wurden als Einzelmöbel konzipiert und ihr Zusammenbau erfolgt durch einfaches Aneinanderreihen mehrerer Möbel. Die flachen Metallseitenteile ermöglichen ein beinahe perfektes Zusammenstellen der Möbel und bilden dadurch Ausstattungen verschiedener Abmessungen und Formen.
  • Page 35 Installation, Wartung Die Installation der Kühlmöbel sowie Wartungsarbeiten müssen durch qualifizierte Techniker durchgeführt werden. Während der Wartung sollen die Techniker die Anweisungen der Bedienungsanleitung beachten. Bevor evtl. mechanische oder elektrische Wartung auf dem Kühlschrank, der zuständige Techniker müssen sicherstellen, dass kein Strom gibt. Die Techniker verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, die auf die Komponenten oder innere Bestandteile arbeiten sollen, sind der mechanischen Gefährdungen ausgesetzt.
