    The equipment should be placed on a level and solid surface, any unevenness in the floor should be levelled out. Now bring the handlebar post (17) to the desired height. Let go of the L shape knob (19) again and make sure that it is engaged in one of the pre-dril- led holes of the handlebar post (17).

    Adjustments Adjusting the brake resistance: The brake resistance can be adjusted with the knob (30). To increase the brake resistance turn the knob (30) clockwise. To decrease the brake resistance turn the knob (30) counterclockwise. Emergency brake: The same knob (30) that is used to adjust the bra- ke resistance is also responsible for the emergency brake.
