7. Ensure that all clips are correctly attached to their respective poles. (see 6.) WRONG! 8. Extend the roof poles by attaching the eight silver pole sections.

9. In the next step, the poles need to be place under tension. This is easier to do if the tent is lifted slightly. The best way to do this is for one person to get underneath the flysheet and lift the apex. 10.

13. Next, slot the pins at the ends of the poles into the inner lugs on the webbing tape (next to the lugs to which the silver poles are already attached). 14. Attach the clips along the seam to the black poles.

Guy lines 18. The guy lines are each attached to a webbing tape. Wrap the tape around both poles (silver and black) and peg out the guy line in line with the silver pole.

Groundsheet 19. Spread the groundsheet out inside the tent and attach it to the flysheet using the buckles in the lower corners. Ensure that the opening in the middle of the groundsheet is the right way up, with the drawcord closure mechanism pointing upwards.

21. The two corners of the inner cabins closest to the middle of the tent can be fixed in position using a peg in the opening in the groundsheet. The drawcord can then be pulled shut to close the opening. …nearly done ….
