ITAP® mode
Press 3 in a text entry screen to switch to iTAP mode. iTAP
mode lets you enter words using one keypress per letter. The
iTAP software combines your keypresses into common
words, and predicts each word as you enter it.
For example, if you press 7 7 6 4, your phone displays
a list of word combination such as prog, proh, and spoi.
When you enter three or more characters in a row, your
phone will guess the rest of the word. For example, if you
enter prog your phone might display:

Press 3 in a text entry screen and select tap mode.
To enter text in tap mode, press a keypad key repeatedly to
cycle through the letters and number on the key. Repeat this
step to enter each letter.
For example, if you press 8 one time, your phone displays:

After 2
seconds,

accepted &
cursor moves
to next
