largest drive capacity, which is also
highly recommended.
Note:
For Windows 2000/XP/VISTA/7, the
default choice is NTFS. However, you
can also choose to format the drive
with FAT32 ONLY IF the drive size if
smaller or equal to 32GB.
3.0 FORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE
(Mac OS X)
In Mac OS X open a new Finder
window and navigate to applications.
In the folder "Utilities" you can find
the application "Disk Utility", open it.
Select the drive in the left column and
navigate through right side options
for partition and formatting. Use the
recommended format if you want to
use you drive only with Mac, or use
NTFS if you want to share contents
between Mac OS X and Windows based
computers.
