1.0 HARDWARE SETUP

• Open the enclosure with
the included screw driver
• Make sure that your SATA 2.5" drive
has the jumper set in "Master" mode.
• Connect the HD properly
and close the enclosure
with the screws
• Connect the USB cable to
the enclosure and then to your
computer.
• The computer should now detect
the new drive.
2.0 FORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE

(If the drive already appears in
"My Computer", please skip to 2.2)

For an un-partitioned or un-formatted
new drive, it normally does not
automatically appear in "My Computer"
