    For the user's safety, any movements that have a risk of crushing, cutting or dragging should be eliminated or properly controlled.     SELECTINGTHETYPE OF OPERATION Microswitch no. 2 allows the selection of the type of operation.   • Page 10 OPTIONAL BATTERY (Fig.7) This Kit will allow your MARATHON DC to continue operating when the mains power is cut. The kit comes with a base plate on which are placed two 12 V batteries, a small control circuit and wiring. When the mains power is connected, the control circuit automatically keeps the batteries charged.
