Modify: VW [band],[freq]

[band] See Ham Band Table.
[freq] See Freq Table. Lockout value excluded.
Notes:
Example:
Sent: VW 0,

Return: VW
Request that VFO be set to a frequency of
142.06 MHz. CTCSS be on at a frequency of
88.5 Hz. An offset of 700 KHz.
