12/24 hour display

This allows you to switch the time format between 24 and
12 hour time (with am/pm):
1. Briefl y press the button 3 and/or 26 "Set" once.
"CLOCK" will blink in the display fi eld 2.
2. Briefl y push the volume control
button 25 "Enter". "TIME SET" will blink in the display
fi eld 2.
3. Briefl y press the button 4 "Tune +" and/or 32 "Tune +"
once. "FORMAT" will blink in the display fi eld 2.
4. Briefl y press the volume control
button 25 "Enter". The current setting "12" or "24" will
appear in the display fi eld.
5. Select the desired setting using the buttons
and/or 32 "Tune +".
6. Briefl y press the volume control
the button 25 "Enter".
7. The time format has now been set.

Setting the alarm

You can set two alarms ("ALARM 1" and "ALARM 2") that
can be also used at the same time. For every alarm, you
can set whether you want to be woken up by an alarm
tone or an audio source.
If you have set an alarm, a corresponding message ap-
pears in the display fi eld ( "ALARM 1" and/or "ALARM 2").
1. Briefl y press the button 3 and/or 26 "Set" once. The
notice "CLOCK" will blink in the display fi eld 2.
2. Briefl y press the button 5 "Tune –" and/or 32 "Tune –".
The notice "ALARM" will blink in the display fi eld 2.
3. Briefl y push the volume control
button 25 "Enter". "ALARM 1" will blink in the display
fi eld 2.
4. By briefl y pressing the button
"Tune +" you can switch between ALARM 1 and 2.
5. Briefl y press the volume control
ton 25 "Enter". The current setting "ON" (on) or "OFF"
(off) will appear in the display fi eld.
6. Select the desired setting with the buttons
and/or 32 "Tune +".
7. Briefl y press the volume control
ton 25 "Enter" again.
If you have turned off the alarm ("OFF"), the setting proc-
ess has ended.
If you have turned on the alarm ("ON"), you can now set
the wake-up time:
The wake-up time appears in the display fi eld and the
minutes will blink.
8. Set the minutes with the buttons
"Tune –" and/or 32 "Tune +/–".
9. Briefl y press the volume control
the button 25 "Enter". Now the hours will blink in the
display fi eld.

10. You can also set the hours with the buttons
and 5 "Tune –" and/or 32 "Tune +/–".
11. Briefl y press the volume control
the button 25 "Enter". The notice "BEEP" will appear
at the bottom of the display fi eld.
12. Using the buttons 4 "Tune +" and 5 "Tune –" and/or
32 "Tune +/–" you select how you want to be woken
up:
BEEP – Alarm tone
FM – Radio
AUX – External audio source
IPOD – iPod
13. To complete the process, briefl y press the volume
control 6 "Volume" or the button 25 "Enter".
The wake-up time has now been set.
Important!
If you have selected FM, AUX or IPOD for the
alarm, the corresponding device must already
be ready for playback meaning the station has been
set, the external device is activated, the iPod is in the
dock. Otherwise nothing will happen at the wake-up
time and you will oversleep!
