Warranty repairs will be conducted at Ross, with all shipping FOB Ross dock. If repairs are conducted at the customer site, reasonable out-of-pocket charges will apply. The onscreen menu system is shown on the video output of the camera. Press the MENU button on the remote control to turn the menu system on or off. Tip: To control multiple PIVOTCam-SE cameras you can also use a separate ethernet connection to each camera. Tip: Refer to the external device setup site for information on connecting your camera to a Carbonite or Acuity switcher.
