I
WAIT!
Caution
Moving
the video tape recorder from a cold place
to
a warm place, or using it in
a
humid
place will cause
dew
condensation on
the drum
and
the
video
heads
inside the unit.
If
recording
or
playback is
carried
out
in
this
state, the
heads
may
become
dirty and the tape may
be
damaged. This
could also
result in
a
malfunction
of the
machine
itself.
To
prevent
this
from occuring,
the VCR
should be plugged
in
for about one
hour,
with the FUNCTION
button
ofT, before starting recording or playback of
a video cassette
tape.
This is particularly important when
a video cassette is
inserted
for
the
first time
after purchase
of the
video cassette
recorder.
