Select chapter / title via the root / PBC menu (if available)
During DVD playback:
1 Press TITLE on the remote control to display the title list.
2 Use the arrow buttons to select the desired title. Press OK or PLAY to enter the root menu of the
track.
3 Use the arrow buttons to select the desired chapter and press OK or PLAY again to start playback.
During playback, press the MENU button to enter the ROOT menu. In VCD mode:
1 Switch on the PBC function, the PBC menu will be called up, if available.
2 Press the number button of the desired track.
In MP3/WMA mode:
1 The root menu is displayed during the entire playback (TITLE & MENU button are not active).
2 Use the arrow buttons to select the desired folder and press OK or PLAY. The folder opens, use the
arrow keys to select the desired file and press Playback OK.
In CD mode, the TITLE, PBC & MENU buttons are disabled.
Playback speed
Press SLOW_FWD during playback and the slow motion forward will be activated. With each further
push of the button, the speed changes as follows: x1/2, x 1/3, x 1/4, x 1/5, x 1/6, x1/7, normal. Press PLAY
to activate normal playback speed.
Picture-by-picture advance
During normal film playback, press TEL. Each time you press the button, a still image will be displayed.
Press PLAY to resume playback.
