I have enjoyed my Photo Frame for the past four years.
Now the Frame will not except my photos.
After I send a picture, it says "Sending images," then "sent successfully". But the pictures do not appear on my Frame. Help

Your SimplySmart Home PhotoShare Frame may not display the photos you send for the following reasons:
1. Request Not Approved: If you are not the frame owner, your request to send photos must be approved first. Until approved, photos will not be displayed.
2. Frame Owner Hasn't Approved You Yet: The frame will only show photos after the frame owner approves your request. The frame turns black when approval is given.
3. Wrong Frame Selected: If using the app, make sure you selected the correct frame before sending photos.
4. Email Method Not Set Up Correctly: If sending by email, ensure you're using the correct frame email and properly attaching the photos.
5. Permission Revoked: If the frame owner has removed your permission, your photos will not be accepted or displayed.
6. Connection or Update Issue: Ensure the frame is connected to Wi-Fi and fully updated. A pending firmware update may prevent normal operation.
