Hang the handheld vacuum
on the hook on the bottom
of the wand, and wrap the
power cord around the
cord hooks.
Empty dust cup every time debris reaches the MAX fill line.

1.
Using a coin, turn the locks on the bottom of the
cleaner head counterclockwise to open, then lift off
cover to access Brushroll.
2. Check airway for blockages.
3. Replace cover, pressing down firmly on all sides before
turning the locks clockwise to close.

My filter only fills to the cone screened part of the filter I have looked and locked because the whole canister of the top should fill up, but it doesn’t. It gets stuck once it reaches that cone shaped filter inside. It doesn’t go past that it won’t fill inside that. As you see, it has a fill line, but nothing gets out into that piece of the filter. It stays right up front towards where it comes through the canister or through the bottom of the vacuum there is like a little cone shaped screened area and that’s where it gets stuck. It doesn’t go into the other part of the Dirt area where it says it’s filled
