Instructions
1. Prepare vegetables(carrots, broccoli, cauliflower,
zucchini, beans, peas).
2. Cut vegetables into even size pieces. Wash the
vegetables and place food in a microwave- safe
bowl.
3. Add amount of water according to the quantity
(0.2 - 0.4 kg: 2 tablespoons, 0.5 - 0.8 kg:
4 tablespoons). Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
4. Place food in the oven. Choose the menu
and weight, press START/ENTER.
5. After cooking, stir and stand covered for 3
minutes.

Ingredients
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 eggplant, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, cut into chunks
1 colored sweet pepper, cut into chunks
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh greens, chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Add all ingredients in a deep and large bowl and
mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
2. Place food in the oven. Choose the menu, press
START/ENTER. Stir at least twice during cooking.
