- Page 2 1. Introduction Congratulations on purchasing a state of the art lighting fixture. This fixture uses LED technology to illuminate industrial areas effectively, whilst minimising maintenance and power consumption. Every element of this fixture is optimised to generate greater efficiency than that offered by conventional solutions, including metal halide and T5 fluorescent.
- Page 3 Tighten the M4 Lock Screw to minimise the risk of accidental unhooking of the fitting. Electrical Connection Connect power cable conductors as follows: BROWN WIRE, labelled ‘L’, connects to LIVE. BLUE WIRE, labelled ‘N’, connects to NEUTRAL. GREEN/YELLOW wire, labelled ‘ ’, connects to EARTH / GROUND.
- Page 4 Bracket Mount The bracket is provided separately to the fitting together with two M8 fixing bolts. Fix the bracket to the fitting using the two bolts provided. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10-12 Nm. The bracket is fixed to the wall or ceiling using the 4 mounting holes provided. Please Note: It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that appropriate hardware is used to fix the bracket.
- Page 5 3. Maintenance CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. No user serviceable parts inside the fixture. Removal of the lens will void the warranty. The lens must be cleaned periodically to ensure continued photometric performance. The lens can be cleaned with mild soap of liquid cleaner. Do not use an abrasive, strong alkaline, alcohol or acid cleaner as damage may occur.
