36 months from installation with first end- user, or 39 months from Kyocera’s invoice date to Dealer, or the specified number of copies/prints as listed below, whichever occurs first (referred to herein as “MFP Warranty Period”). Kyocera’s obligation hereunder is expressly limited to providing Dealer with the parts required to repair the MFP or crediting Dealer's account for the cost of said parts, at Kyocera's election. -

Upon receipt of the defective PCB at the Kyocera Document Solutions Canada National Return Centre, the dealer will be credited 55% of the New PCB price. If a New PCB is ordered instead of a Repair PCB, credit will not be issued for the returned defective PCB. -
