Before: set how long before the item

Alarm tone: select an alarm tone.

Repeat: select to set the item to
recur and select a time format for an
item to recur.

every: set a repeat interval.
•
By date: select a specific date of the
month for an item to recur.

By day: select a specific day of the
month for an item to recur.
•
Except weekends: select to set the
alarm to sound except for weekends.
•
Expiry: change the expiry setting.
4. Press <Options> and select Save to
save the item.
Entering an anniversary
1. Select a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Options> and select Create
Anniversary.
3. Enter information or change the settings:
•
Occasion: enter information about the
anniversary.
•
Date: enter the date.
•
Alarm: select to set an alarm for the
anniversary.
•
Before: set how long before the item
the alarm is to alert.
•
Alarm time: enter the alarm time.
•
Alarm tone: select an alarm tone.
•
Repeat every year: select to set the
phone to remind you of the anniversary
every year.
4. Press <Options> and select Save to
save the anniversary.
You can retrieve person's birthday
information from Contacts by pressing
<Options> and selecting Birthday from
Contacts.
Entering a holiday
1. Select a date on the calendar.

2. Press <Options> and select Create
Holiday.
3. Enter information or change the settings:

Occasion: enter information about
the holiday.
