Miscellaneous Information: Connecting the CAM with other Devices
Copying Video files to a VCR Tape
You can copy your recorded files to a regular blank video tape. Connect the CAM to a VCR using the Audio/Video cable before
recording.
1. Insert the blank video tape to the VCR and select 'Line Input'.
2. Move [Mode Selector] down to turn on the CAM and move it down again.
The Mode Selection screen appears.
3. Select <Out> in
System Setting
and press the [OK] button. (Refer to page 106)
4. Select <Play> in the
Video
mode to find the desired recorded file with the [
(Refer to page 36)
5. Move the [
/ ] switch to find the video file you want to copy and press the [OK] button.
6. Press the [Record/Stop] button on the VCR to start recording.
Notes
Refer to operating instructions of your TV or VCR for detailed information on connecting external devices.
You can playback and stop using the button same as Playing video file on the LCD Monitor. (Refer to page 36)

Recording TV program to the CAM
You can record the TV program to the CAM using Video/Audio cable.
If you want to know about connecting the CAM to a TV set,
refer to page 107.

1. Turn your TV on and select the program to be recorded.
2. Move [Mode Selector] down to turn the CAM on.
3. Select <In> in <Display> menu and press the [OK] button.
4. Press the [Record/Stop] button in Video Record mode to start recording.
Note
Refer to operating instructions of your TV or VCR for detailed information on connecting external devices.
The Mode Selection screen appears.
Press the [Menu] button to finish setting.
Press the [Record/Stop] button again to pause and press it again to start recording.
