FEATURES/OPERATIONS
Auto lock functions-Programmable
Door locks can be programmed to operate in four (4)
different modes:
Auto shift-locking All doors lock automatically when
the gear selector is moved out of the "P" Park
position with the ignition switch in the "ON"
position.
Auto shift-unlocking All doors are unlocked
automatically when the gear selector is moved into
the "P" Park position with the ignition in the "ON"
position.
Auto speed-locking All doors are locked
automatically when the vehicle speed reaches 12
mph or higher.
Auto door-unlocking All doors are unlocked
automatically when the driver door is opened within
10 seconds after the ignition switch is turned from
"ON" to "ACC" or "LOCK."
Refer to the Owner's Manual for more information
on this feature, and how to change modes.
Tilt and telescopic steering wheel
To change the steering wheel position Push the
lock release lever down, set the desired length and
angle, then return the lever to its locked position.
Note: Do not attempt to adjust while the vehicle
is in motion.
