Q: The battery life is getting shorter.
A: The battery is a consumable product, so its life will start to shorten after the first use.
Keeping the charged battery (Li-polymer 900mA rechargeable) in extremely low or high
temperature may affect the battery life as well. Actual battery life may vary according to
each mode and vibration strength.
Q: I am not able to activate SIGNATURE SELECT mode.
A: SIGNATURE SELECT mode is only available on device with serial number starting "H".
Remove head to find serial number on the device body where USB connector located.
Please follow the instruction on page 12 to activate SIGNATURE SELECT mode.
Q: What is the warranty period for the ARTISTRY Skincare Enhancer?
A: Warranty period is 1 year from invoice date.
