After using this for two weeks, it's developed a clunking noise when pedaling, which I can't have as I work around other people. Is there an easy fix for this? This was delivered on February 3rd, today is the 19th, and I don't work in the office on Fridays, so it's only been used maybe 8 days.

The manual does not provide specific troubleshooting steps for a clunking noise. However, you can try the following:
1. Check the Pedals – Ensure that the pedals are screwed in as tightly as possible. Loose pedals can cause noise and may damage the crank arm threads. 2. Inspect for Loose Bolts – Verify that all bolts, including those on the pedals, are properly tightened using the provided hex wrench. 3. Ensure Proper Usage – Use the DeskCycle only while sitting and on a level surface to prevent unnecessary strain or damage. 4. Avoid Excessive Shock – Do not subject the bike to heavy impact or disassemble it, as this may void the warranty.
