abtastung und Lagekontrolle mit hohen Ge-
nauigkeitsanforderungen.
Das Ventil besitzt einen beweglichen Stof3el,
mit einem Dichtelement, welcher durch die Ku-
gel betatigt wird.

Zustand die Duse. Bei Betatigung der Kugel

Application
These valves are used as combination limit
switches and fixed stops to produce a position-
controlled signal.
They are particularly suitable for end-position
sensing and position control where high accu-
racy is required.
The valve is fitted with a movable stem, com-
plete with seal, which is actuated by the ball.
As long as the valve is not actuated, the seal
closes the nozzle. When the ball is actuated,
compressed air discharges into the atmosphere
until the nozzle is closed. A signal now builds
up at outlet A until it is equal to the value of
the supply pressure.
Mounting
The permissible impact load must not be ex-
ceeded when the valve is used as a fixed stop.
Permissible impact force at V = 10 mm/s
Screwed into thread and secured by lock-nut:
4500 N (450 kp)
Through-hole with 2 securing nuts:
2000 N (200 kp).
Important
At higher impact speeds, the influence of inertia
forces on the strength of the device should be
taken into consideration. The higher the forces
to be absorbed by the valve when it is used
as a fixed stop, the smaller the impact speed
should be, and vice-versa.
