Troubleshooting Guide

If you are experiencing difficulty with your television, consult the guide below for a list of possible
problems and solutions. Also, be sure to check any devices connected to the television (DVD player,
audio receiver, etc.) for problems as well.

Possible Solution
• Make sure you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network.
• Test your internet connection by loading/reloading a web page
on another device. If you cannot load the page, you may need to
restart your router.
• Make sure the volume on the TV and your connected device is
turned up to an audible level.
• Be sure the volume isn't muted. Press MUTE on the remote.
• Be sure all audio connections are fully seated in their ports.
• Make sure there is power to the TV. Be sure the AC cord is fully
seated in the power outlet.
• Be sure the TV is not in Standby Mode. Press the POWER button
or the STANDBY button to wake the TV.
• Be sure the TV is receiving signal input from a connected device.
Press INPUT on the remote to set the Source to select the correct
source input.
• Poor antenna signal. If you are using an indoor antenna, adjust the
antenna position to improve reception.
• Be sure the TV antenna cable is properly connected to the TV's
input.
• Be sure nothing is blocking the remote signal to the TV.
• Be sure you are using the correct remote, not a remote for a
different device.
• Be sure the batteries in the remote are installed correctly.
• Replace the batteries with fresh ones.
