Make sure you are using the proper network connection. Wireless or Ethernet.
If using Wireless, check to make sure you are connected to a wireless access point.
Check the "Advanced" settings to check for an IP address.
If using Ethernet, test your cable connection to the television.
Check the "Ethernet configuration" to check for an IP address.
Apps
Make sure the desired app in checked in the Banks.
To stop an App press the Menu button, then select the exit option.
To force an App to stop, select "Applications" in the setup menu, select the App, and select "Force stop".
