There are 3 different reset switches available, they are described below:
o
Mute: On the Remote Sensor assembly there is a mute switch, which can be used
to silence the audible alarm. However the alarm will still "bleep" every minute
until the system has been reset.
o
External Reset: This reset switch can be found on the front cover of the unit. The
function of this reset switch can be found in the table on the previous page.
o
Internal Reset: This reset switch can be found by removing the cover of the unit, the
switch is located beside the external switch, but is coloured red. Again the function
of this reset switch can be found in the table on the previous page.
RD2 Functionality

The RD2 will function in the same way as the RD1, with the following exceptions:
o
There is no Low Level Alarm function.
o
On the High Level Alarm, the whole system will shutdown, and a fault
code (04) will be generated and sent to all Toshiba Controllers attached.
o
There is no audible alarm or mute switch.
o
On sensor failure, the system will have no fault code generated until after 4 hours,
and then the system will shutdown.
