Brazing the Pipe

1) Replace nitrogen gas when brazing the pipes.
• If you don't use nitrogen gas when brazing the pipes, oxide may form inside the pipe and cause compressor
and valves malfunction.
2) Adjust the flow rate of the replacement with a pressure regulator to maintain 0.02MPa or less.
(Just enough to be felt on the skin.)
ASS'Y EEV Installation
1) Ensure that ASS'Y EEV is installed inside of the AHU.
• Dew condensation may form around ASS'Y EEV pipes, therefore install the ASS'Y EEV in a location where
condensation can be drained out easily.
• When ASS'Y EEV is installed separately in a case, insulate the pipe to prevent the dew condensation from
forming and seal the case so that outdoor air does not enter.
ASS'Y EEV should be installed within 5m from the heat exchanger.
2) Ensure that IN/OUT pipes are correctly connected.
3) Ensure that the body of ASS'Y EEV is installed as shown in the below picture.
• When Body of ASS'Y EEV should not be tilted vertically within ±15° and horizontally within +15°.
When the ASS'Y EEV is tilted over those limits, performance cannot be guaranteed.
