Power disconnected
Door not closed completely
Faulty door safety switch
Faulty connections/wiring
Faulty timer
Faulty motor
Loose or broken drive belt
Pulley(s) loose on shaft(s)
Turntable installed in wrong opening
Sieve size selection knob not set correctly
Sieve stack not seated properly
Turntable installed in wrong opening
Improperly adjusted or broken drive

Reconnect to power supply
Close door completely
Check connections and/or replace door
safety switch
Trace circuits with electrical meter
Diagnose timer output/connections
Replace motor
Adjust tension or replace belt
Tighten set screws on shaft bearings
Install turntable in correct opening
Set selection knob to correct size
Seat sieve stack properly
Install turntable in correct opening
Check belts, pulleys, bearings and rods.
Adjust or replace as required
Set selection knob to correct size
Replace damaged or deformed sieves
Seat sieves properly
Replace sieves
Clean sieve
Adjust or repair tappers
Increase test time
