CHANGING BATTERIES

Remove the battery cover at the rear side of the unit and insert
ALKALINE batteries into the battery compartment as shown.
Make sure the polarities + and - are observed.
Important notice :
*Attention!
Batteries are hazardous waste.
Do not dispose of it together with the household garbage.

ATTACHING ARM CUFF

1. Press your brachial artery with two
fi ngers approximately 1 inch above
the elbow on the inside of your left
arm.
2. Determine where your strongest
pulse is. Slide the end of the arm
cuff furthest from the tube through
the metal ring to the loop. The
smooth cloth should be on the
inside of the cuff.
