    P a g e On the fan forced models a circulating fan blows the air across a heating element mounted behind the ceiling panel, down a rear air duct, and across each shelf level for even temperature distribution. On gravity convection models the element is located at the bottom of the oven. The temperature sensor provides an accurate measure of the temperature inside the oven.
