The Flag Bits contains the following information:

0 to 2 Show the current system time constant, using the following equation:
3 If set, Reference Command selected
4 If set, Velocity disabled
5 If set, Free Mode selected
6 Logic Input Switches disabled
7 Not Used (always zero)
Example: The flag channel output in ASCII Decimal is "102"
