When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Parts List (page 12) are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the num- ber shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. - Page 7 Insert the Front Steering Linkage (part #2) upward through the Front Chassis (part #4) and Front Bumper (part #5).
