PROBLEM
No Power.
Little or no mist
is produced.
Abnormal noise.
White dust accumulation.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
•
Unit is not plugged into
wall socket.
•
No water in water tank
•
Scale build up on transducer.
•
Water is too dirty or kept for
too long in the tank.
•
The mist may not be clearly
visible depending on the balance
between the room temperature
and humidity.
•
Very low water levels
in water tank.
•
Unit is on an uneven surface.
•
Hard water used.
EASY SOLUTION
•
Check connection to wall socket.
•
Fill water tank.
•
Clean scale build up as per
instructions.
•
Clean water tank and refill with
fresh clean water.
•
Refill water tank.
•
Reposition the unit to a stable
flat surface.
•
Follow instructions on page 8.
