    <Read Me First> Explosion Protected Type Specifications CAUTION This instrument has been tested and certified as being explosion protected. Please note that severe restrictions apply to this instrument’s construction, installation, external wiring, maintenance and repair. A failure to abide by these restrictions could make the instrument a hazard to operate.

    Yokogawa or licensors to Yokogawa. Ownership of and all the rights in the Software Product shall be retained by Yokogawa or the licensors and none of the rights will be transferred to you hereunder.
