Troubleshooting

If your BUFFALO appliance develops a fault, please check the following table before making a call to the
Helpline or your BUFFALO dealer.

Probable Cause
Check the unit is plugged in correctly and
switched on
Turn button clockwise to release
Call BUFFALO agent or qualified Technician
Replace the fuse
Check power supply

Close Safety Guard fully
Put in gear
Ensure the Bowl lever is pushed back fully
Clean the appliance
Turn off the appliance and empty some of the
contents
Turn off the appliance and allow to cool down
for 30 minutes
Remove and refit bowl/mixing attachment
Call BUFFALO agent or qualified Technician
Call BUFFALO agent or qualified Technician
Call BUFFALO agent or qualified Technician
Turn Off appliance and manually turn the whisk
attachment slightly. Select the gear again.
