    APPLICATIONS AND USE • This grinder dispenser has been devised for professional use by trained personnel. • The grinder/dispenser must be used only for the application for which it was designed; that is, grinding roasted coffee beans. Any other use must be considered improper and therefore dangerous. • The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damages deriving from improper, erroneous or unreasonable use of the machine. • The appliance must not be used by children or people with reduced, physical, sensorial or mental abilities. It must also never be used by peo- ple without the necessary skills and experience unless under supervision or during training.
  • Page 7 • Always unplug the machine from the power supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations. • Do not use jets of water or detergents for cleaning. • In the case of machine breakdown or malfunction switch the machine off and do not tamper with it. • For repairs contact only an authorized service center and request use of original spare parts. • Non-observance of the above precautions may make the machine unsafe for future use. • Do not leave the machine switched on when not in use.     IMPORTANZA DEL MANUALE Il manuale è destinato all'utilizzatore e/o manutentore della macchina ed è considerato parte integrante della stessa. II presente manuale ha la funzione di fornire informazioni per uso corretto della macchina ed un'appropriata manutenzione, nonché di tutelare la sicurezza dell'operatore. II manuale deve essere conservato per tutta la vita della macchina e deve essere passato a qualsiasi altro utente o successivo proprietario.
  • Page 15 ISTRUZIONI D’USO PREMESSA Questo apparecchio è in grado di fare dosi molto precise, in quanto si basa sul tempo di macinatura. È necessario altresì, mettere a punto la macchina prima di cominciare a lavorare, deter- minando anzi tutto il tipo di miscela di caffè (più o meno tostata), il grado di macinatura, l'altezza della forcella portafiltro (7) e la posizione della bocchetta di erogazione (6).
  • Page 16 6.5.1 ACCENSIONE MACCHINA Alla 1° accensione, l’apparecchio risulterà predisposto nella modalità impo- stata all’uscita della fabbrica e comunque, negli avvii successivi, si predispor- rà sempre come nell’ultima modalità precedente lo spegnimento. All'accensione della macchina comparirà la seguente schermata per 7,5 secondi. 6.5.2 EROGAZIONE E REGOLAZIONE DOSI (DISPLAY) •...
  • Page 17 6.5.3 ATTIVAZIONE MODALITÀ EROGAZIONE CONTINUA Premendo con il portafiltro il pulsante di avvio macinatura (5) per più di 0,5 secondi, si avvia l'erogazione in modalità continua. Durante l'erogazione continua si accendono entrambi i tasti dose (13) e (14) compare il simbolo (16) sul display.

    • In basso al centro, il contatore del tempo di erogazione continua, e spesso in secondi (non azzerabile); • In basso a destra, il contatore totale delle dosi doppie erogate (non azzerabile). Per tornare al menù di erogazione della macchina, premere uno dei due tasti di erogazione. La macchina viene riavviata e il display visualizza prima la schermata di accensione, poi quella di erogazione.

This manual provides information concerning correct use and appropriate maintenance of the machine, as well as useful indications for ensuring user safety.
  • Page 22 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE INTRODUCTION This appliance can make very precise doses as it refers to grinding time. It is furthermore necessary to set up the appliance before operating, by determining first of all the coffee blend type (more roasted or less), the degree of grinding, the height of the filterholder fork (7) and the position of the delivery nozzle (6).
  • Page 23 6.5.1 APPLIANCE SWITCH-ON When switching the appliance on for the first time, it is configured in the mode set by the factory and anyway, in the following uses, it will maintain the last mode previous to switch off.   • Page 24 6.5.3 CONTINUOUS DISPENSING MODE ACTIVATION Pressing with the filter holder the start grinding button (5) for more than 0.5 seconds, you start dispensing in continuous mode. During the continuous delivery you turn on both dose buttons (13) and (14) shows the symbol (16) on the display.

    • Bottom center, the counter of the continuous delivery time, and often in seconds (not resettable); • Bottom right, the total counter of double doses delivered (not resettable). To return to the machine's delivery menu, press one of the two coffee buttons. The machine is restarted and the display shows the first power-on screen, then the delivery.

    MAINTENANCE ATTENTION Maintenance is to be performed only by skilled personnel authorized by the manu- facturer. ATTENTION Do not carry out improvised or precarious repairing and do not use non original spare parts. In order to ensure a proper functioning of the appliance, check and eventually replace the blades every 350 Kg of ground coffee for flat blades. TROUBLESHOOTING Contact skilled personnel.
