This section involves various methods of connecting the product to other external components. Ensure
all audio connections of the unit are connected before connecting to the mains power socket.
Using the OPTICAL Connection
Use an optical cable (not included) to connect the TV's OPTICAL OUT socket to the unit's
OPTICAL 1 or OPTICAL 2 socket.
If there is no sound output and the OPTICAL indicator flashes, ensure the audio setting of the input
source (e.g. TV, game console, DVD player, etc.) is set to PCM mode with optical input.
Using the COAXIAL Connection
Use an coaxial cable (not included) to connect the external analogue component's
COAXIAL sockets to the unit's COAXIAL socket.
