Question: I find it is difficult to get the blade out easily
after finishing the ice cream, is there an easier way?
Answer: Normally the blade should pull out easily. If it does
not life out with the top, you can scoop out the ice cream
from each side of the blade, then trying to pull it out of the
contain. It will help.
Question: What voltage is it for Ibywind YF700 Ice Cream
Maker? Can I use a power adapter?
Answer: It is from 100V~240V. We suggest using the power
plug offered by the manufacturer. Some people who have
used the maker with a power converter. But we have not
tested, so we cannot guarantee it can work properly.
Question: Can I make hard ice cream? I choose function
hard ice cream but the ice cream is not hard enough. And
it melt soon after I scoop it out.
Answer: The ratio of whipped cream and milk plays
important role in the shaping of ice cream. Normally 50%
whipped cream and 50% milk can cream a shaped ice
cream. If you want the ice cream more softer, then increase
the whipped cream percentage, otherwise, add more milk
to make the ice cream harder.
