Question: How long it takes for finishing the ice cream?
Answer:Normally it takes 1.5h to 2h. Actually because the
recipes are different, and the environment temperature is
different, the required time
environment temperature is below 25℃, and the ice cream
raw material is less than max line in the ice cream maker,
you can get ice cream ready in 90 mins.
Question: Why the ice cream does not shape eventually?
Answer:
1. Put too much raw material in the ice cream maker,
the paddle cannot stir because of overload. Reduce
the raw mixture and make sure they are less than the
maximum line caved on the side of the ice cream
maker.
2. Some fruits will lower the expansion rate of ice
cream, you can add more bananas, mango which are
more sticky. They will help increasing the expansion
rate.
3. The ice cream lid does not fasten well, the maker
does not start working at all.
4. The recipes are not correct. And the crucial issue is
the rate of the whipping cream and milk rate not
accurate. Normally if you don't add any other fruit
ingredients, 50% whipping cream and 50% milk can
give you an ice cream together. If you add other
fruits, the rate of whipping cream and milk varies
based on correct recipes.
