    Ersetzen Sie keine Teile mit baugleichen oder ähnlichen Teilen, und nehmen Sie keine eigenmächtigen Änderungen am Ventil vor.     The 1249 unit is designed to work with solenoid control valves such as the MKS Type 148 and 248 valves, which are located upstream of the process. The small size of the 1249 unit enables it to fit into virtually any process control system.

    Chapter Two: Installation How To Unpack the Type 1249 Unit MKS has carefully packed the Type 1249 unit so that it will reach you in perfect operating order. Upon receiving the unit, however, you should check for defects, cracks, broken connectors, etc., to be certain that damage has not occurred during shipment.

    Chapter Three: Overview Instrument Components Bias Adjust Potentiometer The bias adjust potentiometer establishes a valve position offset. Since each valve requires a slightly different voltage level to move from the fully closed to slightly open position, the bias adjust allows the 1249 unit to compensate for the difference. Use the bas adjust pot to determine the minimum voltage required to move your valve from the fully closed to the slightly open position.
