Operating instructions

Slicing and julienning
1. Fit the slicing accessory onto
the mandolin base.
3. Place the food to be sliced into
the food holder and slide the holder
back and forth over the blade.
Grating
1. Then turn the adjusting knob
clockwise as far as it will go.
3. Hold the food to be grated
in the food holder and move
it back and forth across
the grater.
2. Adjust the slice thickness using
the knob above the handle.
4. Remove the slicing accessory from the lid
by carefully lifting it up and then pulling it
outwards.
