    Construction Hoist Fraco SEH Premium Range Requirements for the site of installation Foundation requirements  The foundation must be horizontal and have sufficient load bearing capacity.  Depending on the assembly height, concrete or thick steel sheeting (for example) can be used as load distributing base supports.

    Construction Hoist Fraco SEH Premium Range Assembling the base unit NOTE As long as the base unit is not connected to the main voltage, the vertical sliding gates (en- closure and car) can only be opened manually.  The machine may only be installed and used vertically! The base unit must be aligned at right-angles to the building or the scaffolding.

NOTE It may also be anchored directly to the scaffolding if the scaffolding has been designed for the additional load (see mast tie forces).
